FORM AND INTENTION
Form Intention Fitness is health and fitness from a Kung Fu point of view.
The Kung Fu Classes focuses on Xing Yi Quan and Hung Gar Chuen as foundations, but also teaches Xiao Yao, Liu He Ba Fa (Water Style), Tai Chi, QiGong and San Shou (kick boxing) as supplemental sets and exercises to further ones training.
