PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
What Do I Offer?
TRADITIONAL KUNG FU
I can teach health and fitness exercises from a Kung Fu perspective, by teaching foundational Kung Fu exercises from Traditional Hung Gar and Xing Yi Kung Fu Systems.
Focus will be forms and technique drills, with mostly body weight exercises for strength and conditioning.
BOXING/SAN SHOU/KICK BOXING
I can teach Health and Fitness from San Shou/Kick Boxing perspective. Focus will be on exercises to execute better striking and throwing drills, as well as lots of abs and cardio.
I can create a workout program to meet your goals. No matter where you are in comparison, with me those goals are within reach. The focus here is mostly circuit training and health applications. Lots of cardio and abs plus whatever else you need to be healthy, strong and to meet your goals.
MIXING IT UP
I can also create programs with a little more variety. Mixing up the schedule each week or throughout each session.
